Will there be training available?

Yes, as we hope to make the transition as smooth as possible. We hosted a number of webinars throughout October. We have also created useful video guide (to the right) that you can use. If you require further assistance please call 0330 100 3353 and select option 2.

Do i need to change my hardware?

No, you can keep your current hardware and still use the new platform.

However, there will be elements of the new system that will not work such as the video features. In order to fully utilise these you would need to upgrade to our Integrated 3G camera and tracker.

Will I still have the same login details?

No, we will be sending out the new credentials to the main contact details we have. If you believe these may be different, please contact us by emailing or calling 0330 100 3353.

Will I have to upload all my vehicles again?

No, as part of the repoint all vehicles will be moved across and appear as normal.
